Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Duty Manager at Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Bangsar in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, resolving guest issues, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
