Job Description
- Manage and maintain product listings on Shopify and Brandboom, including uploading new products, updating descriptions, pricing, and images
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates across platforms
- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the online store
- Coordinate with the team for product launches, restocks, and promotions
- Support basic reporting on sales performance and product movement
- Supporting brand sales (social media, content creation, markets, etc.)
Qualifications
- Min. 1 year working experience in an e-commerce admin position or related
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency in Shopify and Brandboom
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Willingness to work at markets and bazaars when required
- Able to multitask and have great communication with team
- Residing in Bali
