We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive E‑commerce Executive to manage and grow product listings, content, and advertising across multiple global e‑commerce marketplaces. This role focuses on account handling, catalog optimization, A+ content creation, and ad performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts across marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, Home Depot, and eBay
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend keywords
- Develop and manage A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content as per marketplace guidelines
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, etc.)
- Track listing health, suppressed SKUs, content errors, and resolve catalog issues
- Monitor pricing, Buy Box performance, competitors, and listing visibility
- Analyze ad and account performance data and prepare actionable reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product data, pricing, and content updates
- Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback related to listings and account performance
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce
- Practical experience with listing creation, A+ content, and marketplace ads
- Familiarity with seller dashboards, listing tools, and catalog management workflows
- Basic understanding of ads metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
Work Location: In person (Laxmi Nagar, Delhi)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
Job Type – Full Time, Permanent
