We’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused E-Commerce Assistant to support our digital operations and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer service inquiries with timely, thoughtful, and accurate responses
Maintain and build brand reputation by encouraging positive customer reviews and foster a community-driven customer experience
Optimize Shopify and FB/Tiktok Shop: product pages, FAQ’s, pre-orders, etc.
Assist with marketingcalendar; ensure all digital efforts support product launches, customer experience, and marketing objective
Oversee pre-orders, restocks, and product availability, ensuring clear communication across all touch points
Coordinate consistency across launches; ensure assets & deliverables are ready, write & update content
Support marketing and content strategies when needed
Requirements:
1-3 years minimum in e-commerce and/or fashion
Proficiency in Shopify
Experience in Gorgias or other CRM tool
High level of communication, organization and customer care
Loop Returns, Shipstation and project management tools experience a plus!
