Job Overview
As the E-commerce Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with online marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Instashop, and others. You will play a crucial role in optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and driving sales on these platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify suitable online marketplaces that align with the company’s target audience and product offerings.
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketplace strategy to maximize sales and brand visibility.
Create and optimize product listings on various marketplaces, including compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant keywords.
Monitor and analyze product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage inventory levels across different marketplaces to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
Implement effective inventory tracking and replenishment processes.
Track sales performance on each marketplace and analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction.
Identify trends and opportunities to increase sales and market share.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of proven experience in e-commerce or online retail.
Strong understanding of online marketplaces and their algorithms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
