About the Job:

We are currently seeking a customer focused, Assistant eCommerce Merchandiser with proven analytical skills and strong attention to detail to join our creative, professional and dynamic team. This is an important role as the E-Commerce Assistant Merchandiser is a contributor to the overall onlineshopping experience which is where a lot of our customer’s journeys begin. This is an exciting opportunity where you can join the digital team and contribute to the development and growth of our business within Ireland.

YOUR JOB:

Publish and manage product content.

Manage the ecommerce product catalogue including gathering and uploading product information, reviewing and editing product copy, slotting products, and maintaining the overall taxonomy/category structure.

Manage up-to-date site content for new product launches.

Produce online sales reports.

Develop and drive initiatives that increase conversion and AOV.

Support online product and sales strategies.

Quality checking product information.

Monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.

Merchandising product & category pages to maximise sales & profit.

Assist with PR / Advertising and product manager’s initiatives as required.

Coordinate with other departments to manage site content and assets.

Coordination of content from various sources.

Maintaining awareness of competitors’ performance.

Build and manage a direct working relationship with suppliers.

YOUR QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Excellent computer skills.

MS Office, especially Excel skills.

Understanding of Google Analytics.

Awareness of HTML.

Basic Understanding of SEO principals.

Experience working with content management systems.

Photoshop.

RetailE-Commerce experience.
