Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Associate to support daily operations with a strong focus on our Amazon sales channel. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, FBA shipment coordination, and basic customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a solid understanding of how Amazon operations work.
Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all SKUs; perform regular stock counts and reconciliations.
Product Inspection & Prep:
Inspect items for quality before shipment; ensure packaging meets Amazon requirements.
FBA Shipments:
Create and manage FBA inbound shipments; ensure proper labeling, carton packing, and timely delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers.
Inventory Optimization:
Track sell-through rates and coordinate restocks to maintain healthy FBA inventory levels and avoid stockouts or overstock.
Customer Support:
Handle basic customer service tasks including returns, refund requests, and inquiries via Amazon’s messaging system.
Purchase Orders:
Place and track purchase orders for items going on sale or needing restock; communicate with suppliers as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
