About SKYLAND FASHION INC
SKYLAND FASHION INC is a U.S.-based fashion and e-commerce company specializing in women’s apparel and cross-border online retail.
As we expand our U.S. operations, we are looking for a motivated, analytical, and execution-driven E-commerce Business Analyst to join our team in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
This position will work closely with company management and our U.S. and China-based teams, with direct involvement in e-commerce analysis, product strategy, marketplace growth, and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketplace sales, traffic, conversion rates, returns, pricing, and product performance
- Identify high-potential products, categories, keywords, and market opportunities
- Support Amazon and other e-commerce marketplace operations
- Conduct competitor, pricing, keyword, and market trend analysis
- Analyze customer reviews and identify product improvement opportunities
- Assist with inventory planning and supply chain analysis
- Prepare business performance reports and actionable recommendations
- Support new marketplace and business development projects
- Coordinate with U.S. and China-based product, supply chain, and operations teams
- Turn data and market insights into actionable business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, E-commerce, or a closely related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong interest in e-commerce, fashion, and consumer products
- Self-motivated with strong execution skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred due to regular communication with our China-based teams
