Job DescriptionAs an E-Commerce Controller, you will drive the market’s financial online channel development, securingsustainable growth and profitability. You are also a strategic partner for theE-Commerce Manager. In this role, you create, implement, and follow up on operational strategies to improve the businesstoday, as well as identify future business opportunities.What you will do:

Responsible for creating, implementing, and following up on operational strategies for online store in your market, based on the global and region strategy

Ensure that strategies and decisions for online channel are well-analysed and improve business, whilst identifying future business opportunities

Maximise the profit level of the market by developing and accomplishing opportunities, driving change to develop the brand

Drive actions with E-Commerce Team and Third-Party Business Partners to optimize profit, secure efficient operations, mechanism, budgets and planning of the online channel.

Collaborate with Merchandisers to drive commerciality, selling, and limit reductions costs in the online store

Collaborate with performance marketing function to secure efficient advertising budget, usage and return of investments.

Set and communicate operational budgets, plans and P&L, for E-commerce business aligned with brand strategy

Set targets and seek opportunities for sales increase and improve profitability for all online channels, supporting and following up financial, operational and commercial results

Discover potential commercial KPIs to increase (like traffic, conversion, Average Order Value)

What You Need To Succeed

Previous working experience in a controlling, FP&A, or another analytical role

Prefer to fast fashion/ retail/ beauty and EC industry

Excellent communication, English and Mandarin language skills both verbal & written

Highly analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/ Power BI and at least intermediate Excel skills

Good leadership and interpersonal skills

Work with result-driven

Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution

Excellent problem-solving & decision-making abilities

Able to work flexibly, multi-task and determine key priorities

Additional Information

This position is permanently based at our regional office in Singapore. Australian candidates have the opportunity to work remotely from Sydney in order to assist the local EC team.
