Primary Role
Position Summary
The National Account E-Commerce Customer Service Coordinator is the main point of contact for customers regarding E-Commerce orders and issues. They are responsible for performing the daily tasks of the E-Commerce Coordinator. They are responsible for building reliable and cohesive relationships with Woodgrain team members to drive success.
JOB EXPECTATIONS
Main Responsibilities Essential Tasks
Work with the Warehouse team daily to process new orders
Maintain accurate order statuses in CommerceHub
Investigate aging and delinquent open orders
Work with our Warehouse and Supply Chain teams to manage inventory levels
Schedule larger orders to ship LTL
Process returns and credits, as needed
Communicate daily with Woodgrain team members and customers via in-person, email, or phone
Provides back up to the National Account Customer Support Coordinator

Skills And Abilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have an above average level of accuracy, discretion, attention to detail, and communication skills, both verbal and written. This individual is responsible for touching all aspects of the E-Commerce process for the National Account team; time management will be a top priority. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and persistent, channeling these characteristics into building relationships that grow top line sales.
Bachelor’s Degree
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with various departments within the organization, including the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Woodgrain team members.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and standard operating procedures

Equipment & Machinery
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Required to stand, walk, sit, and hear.
Able to use hands and fingers on a (computer) keyboard and other office equipment.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception.
The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate.
Occasional travel required.
