E-Commerce Coordinator – Fashion & Digital Retail Jobs in Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal at Goodfashion Group

Title: E-Commerce Coordinator – Fashion & Digital Retail

Company: Goodfashion Group

Location: Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal

Are you a digitally sharp e-commerce professional who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment? Goodfashion Group is looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team in Lisbon.

Who We Are

Goodfashion Group Is Home To Three Distinct Fashion Brands

Kings of Indigo – Dutch sustainable denim with a global following

Stapf – Austrian heritage knitwear, rooted in craft and tradition

Felicitas – Traditional European fashion for a loyal, passionate community

We run digital retail operations across all three brands and are expanding our e-commerce team to keep pace with our ambitions.

The Role

You will work closely with our E-Commerce Manager, serving as the operational backbone of our online stores. From day-to-day store management to deep performance analysis, you will have real ownership across three brands — and real variety in your work.

This is a hybrid position: you'll be based in Lisbon and work from our central Lisbon office one day per week, with the remainder from home.

What You'll Do

Set up and maintain product listings across our Shopify webshops with accuracy and consistency

Coordinate product image production — briefing, tracking, and publishing assets

Keep the stores healthy: translations, FAQ updates, content consistency, UX hygiene

Manage tools including Klaviyo, Symprosis, merchandising apps, review platforms, and social media integrations

Coordinate paid advertising with our external freelancer, tracking performance and timelines

Run regular and ad-hoc deep-dive analyses — conversion data, product performance, campaign results, customer behaviour — and turn findings into clear recommendations

What You Bring

3–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or coordination, ideally in fashion or retail

Hands-on Shopify experience;

familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, review apps, or merchandising platforms

Strong analytical mindset — you go beyond surface metrics and can structure findings into actionable insights

Bachelor or ideally Master in a relevant field of study with above average results

Organised, process-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple brands and priorities

Excellent written English;

German or Dutch is a plus

Based in the Lisbon area with a valid EU work permit — both are required

What We Offer

A pivotal role across three growing, character-rich fashion brands

Hybrid setup — 1 day on-site in central Lisbon, rest from home

A lean, collaborative team with short decision paths

Real ownership and room to grow
