Job Purpose
As the E-Commerce Intern at Viktor&Rolf, you will support the team ensuring seamless operation and optimization of viktor-rolf.com. Working closely with the E-Commerce team you will assist in planning and executing the launch of new seasonal collections on the website and online marketplaces. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers and driving sales growth through effective collection management, content creation, and website maintenance.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing for the launch of new seasonal collections on the website and Farfetch.
- Assist in content creation for digital marketing ads, sale seasons, and ad hoc requests.
- Assist with CRM activities including seasonal campaigns and weekly send-outs
- Assist in daily E-Commerce Operations including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Handle sample management for seasonal shoots with Farfetch.
- Contribute to campaign execution strategy and implementation.
- Perform regular quality checks, ensuring the website showcases relevant products and up-to-date content.
- Flexibly handle ad hoc requests from various team members, encompassing tasks related to website updates, customer inquiries, and e-commerce initiatives.
Qualifications
- First experience with e-commerce is a plus.
- Experience with Photoshop or Canvas is a plus.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
- Eye for detail and works to a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with team members.
- Pro-active and hands-on with an eagerness to develop and learn.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Applicants must reside in the Netherlands.
Contract conditions
- The internship is paid.
- 24 hours from Tuesday-Thursday.
