What you’ll do:
Own the performance of our online store — end to end.
- Optimize the website (CRO, A/B testing, UX, integrations, backend logic)
- Run and scale paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok, others)
- Turn ideas into structured experiments
- Read data properly — and act on it
- Build systems that make growth predictable, not accidental

- Analytical, with strong logical reasoning
- Organised (you don’t lose track of things)
- Proactive, autonomous, uncomfortable with stagnation
- Interested in becoming very good at e-commerce and paid media
