Job description:

As E-commerce Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the online performance of a portfolio of story-led fashion and lifestyle brands.

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You understand how the e-commerce experience — from site performance to campaign execution — contributes to sustainable growth. You know how to translate data and brand goals into clear priorities and tangible improvements.

You will own your client accounts day-to-day, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic partner. You work closely with our Growth, Retention and Creative teams to ensure e-commerce initiatives align with broader brand objectives and deliver real results.

Your role:

Develop and manage e-commerce strategies for a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands. You translate brand goals into structured roadmaps, coordinate execution across disciplines, and ensure the day-to-day work moves forward efficiently and to a high standard.

Be the strategic partner clients trust

Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their ambitions and challenges. You provide clear insights, recommendations and actionable plans to improve e-commerce performance and drive sustainable growth.

Own the e-commerce experience

Monitor and optimise the online store experience — from site structure and conversion to campaigns and promotions. You identify opportunities, propose improvements and take ownership of implementation.

Drive performance through data

Analyse key metrics such as conversion rate, revenue by channel and campaign results. You translate data into clear insights and prioritise initiatives that move the needle.

Coordinate cross-functional delivery

Work closely with our Growth, Retention and Creative teams to ensure e-commerce initiatives are aligned, well-structured and delivered on time. You keep projects moving and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Your profile:

You have a genuine love for fashion culture and a strong understanding of what makes an e-commerce brand perform. You're equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally within an agency or multi-brand environment
  • Proven experience with Shopify
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with performance data and turning it into actionable improvements
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with founders and marketing teams
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working across Growth, Retention and Creative teams
  • A genuine interest in fashion, culture and the brands shaping the industry
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo is a plus
