Title: E-commerce Manager

Location: Malmo, Skåne County, Sweden
E-commerce Manager (Shopify & Growth)
The Body Shop Scandinavia
Lead and scale Scandinavian e-commerce for an iconic beauty brand.
We are looking for a Shopify-savvy hands-on E-commerce Manager to own performance, platform, and growth across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
A high-impact role combining commercial drive with strong platform expertise and execution, SEO, and optimisation of CX.
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy an entrepreneurial environment combining strategic, analytical mindset with building, improving and making things happen to impact growth.
Why this role is exciting right now
- New ownership and transformation journey
- Opportunity to shape Scandinavian e-com strategy
- High autonomy and real influence in small, collaborative Head Office
- Entrepreneurial environment inside ethical global brand
ABOUT THE COMPANY
The Body Shop stands for more than “just” beauty. We are a values-driven brand that believes in Business as a Force for Good – selling ethical, effective products for every body while caring for people, animals, and our planet 💚.
For 50 years, we have done beauty differently – rebellious by nature.
The Body Shop Scandinavia currently operates with:
- 3 e-commerce stores (Shopify)
- 30 stores (majority Sub-Franchise)
- 4 key wholesale partners with online and physical retail
We are a Head Franchise market led by four experienced owners who acquired The Body Shop Sweden/Denmark in 2024 and Norway in 2025.
You will report to the General Manager for SEDK, with a dotted line to the General Manager for Norway. You will join a close-knit SEDK leadership team and a collaborative Scandinavian team that values openness. We celebrate ideas, experimentation, and delivery – not bureaucracy. We believe in the power of differences, the safety to be yourself, and in laughing loudly together.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will lead a DTC Shopify ecosystem focused on CX, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), technical SEO, and scalable growth.
As E-commerce Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance and daily development of our three e-com stores. You will ensure the platform is stable, optimised, and continuously improving – while driving sales growth and profitability.
This is a hands-on role where you will both plan and execute.
The role does not manage paid media or CRM operations directly but works closely with those functions to ensure alignment between traffic, platform, conversion and SEO efforts.

Operational E-commerce Management
- Ensure campaigns and launches execute smoothly technically and commercially

- Have strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals (technical and content)
- Are analytical, data-driven, and understand interaction between platform, traffic, and CVR
- Move initiatives forward independently, and influence cross-functionally
- Enjoy execution as much as strategy. Detail-oriented and delivery focused
- Care deeply about customer experience; it matters to you that the journey is friction-free, inspirational, and on brand
- Speak and write English and Swedish fluently
- Are comfortable working with Norwegian, Danish, and Swedish colleagues and a mix of languages
