Our client is an important international company in thedesign sector.
The candidate will manage specific ecommerce projects and lead performance marketing strategy for the global ecommerce brand store,reporting to the E-commerce Directorand will be responsible for the following activities:
• Deal with ADV agency in order to have the best return of the investment, overseeing performance and budget allocation by channel, targeting the right audience, A/B campaigns in conjunction with external agency
• Evaluate any additional business opportunity in the digital space in a short term and medium term return view
• Design best-in-class customer experience and involve relevant stakeholders to implement the project
• Work closely with ADV agency to properly activate any project / opportunity
• Monitoring performance, sharing results in a structured format and define improvements actions • Require tech improvements with a clear requirements definition and follow development in a trade off approach
Requirements
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in managing ecommerce business with a full responsibility on performance marketing campaigns and has the ability to:
• Deal with external and internal stakeholders in an efficient manner • Deeply understand performance marketing dynamics and apply them in the industry
• Work with tech team to define improvement needed
• Work in a proactive approach • Challenge him/her self to reach the desired results
• Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Ability to work in teams and/or independently to meet goals
• Understand SEO dynamics
• Proficient with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for design industry is a relevant plus
• Proficient in English.
• Strong MS Office skills, proven experience in Excel and PowerPoint.

Ral Target: up to €55,000
