The Role

To support our E-com launch with the S/S’26 Prêt-à-porter collection, we are recruiting an E-commerce manager. Reporting directly to the Directeur Général. the E-commerce manager will be responsible for growing and managing the online store and digital sales channels. The person will drive traffic, optimise user experience, and secure strong commercial performance, in line with the brand’s identity and growth objectives. The role offers the opportunity to structure and develop the e-commerce function in a start-up environment, with potential for career progression as the company grows.

 

Key responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce website (Shopify)

– Ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date (images, descriptions, pricing, inventory)

– Continuously optimise the customer journey and site UX/UI to drive conversions

– Coordinate with external agencies for technical enhancements

– Plan and execute commercial animations (seasonal campaigns, launches, promotions, exclusives)

– Monitor inventory levels and product availability in an omni-channel environment with Retail

– Deliver regular performance reports to leadership with analytics/KPI’s and recommend optimisations

 

– Manage acquisition channels: SEO, paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), newsletters, social media, marketplaces

– Track and report on KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, average order value, CLTV, etc.

– Monitor site and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.

– Manage CRM workflows (segmentation, email campaigns, loyalty programs) and customer data through Klaviyo

– Ensure consistency in brand tone and storytelling across touch points

– Handle returns and after-sales support

 

Candidate profile:

– 2-5 years of experience

– Detail-oriented, organisational and problem-solving skills.

– Passion for AI and its usage with social marketing 

– Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic start-up environment.

– Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

– Prior exposure to the fashion, luxury, or creative industries is an advantage
