TheE-commerce Managerfor Marketplaces is responsible for executing key strategies to expand the reach and acquisition of new online customers to Watsons through the Marketplaces. The position leads the top-to-top relationship management with 3rd party marketplace partners and sets joint business plans and trading terms.
This role focuses on:
Working with with Trading and cross functional teams to plan and execute EC sales development strategy to achieve KPI targets.
Relationship management with 3rd party Marketplace vendors and sets trading terms and joint business plans.
Conducting promotional planning and execution of O+O and Online exclusive campaigns and events.
Co-managing the online customer experience in the assigned E-store account including cross border, focusing on traffic, conversion and sales.
Utilizing all digital assets including social, APP, websites to connect the total user journey and experience and driving KPIs.
