Responsibilities
Provide exceptional daily customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
Manage Shopify e-stores operations including but not limited order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
Collaborate closely with other departments to streamline the overall ordering process and ensure smooth operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Generate reports on key operational metrics and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Perform assigned ad hoc duties and projects as required.
Knowledge email marketing (Klaviyo/ Mailchimp) & Email flow is a plus
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years solid experience
Knowledge of MS Excel is a must
Worked in retail (fashion industry preferred) is a plus
Knowledge of ecommerce platform (Shopify/Shopline/ Shoppage/ Tmall/ JD etc) backend is a plus
Strong and organised mind to manage multiple tasks.
Able to work independently, under pressure and to work on multiple projects with tight schedule.
Strong entrepreneur mindset.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua.
Immediate availability would be an advantage.
