Executive Summary:We are seeking a talented and results-driven E-commerce Marketing Coordinator to join our dedicated marketing team. The E-commerce Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue on our e-commerce platforms. Also, they will help execute marketing initiatives and campaigns and contribute to our organization’s overall success. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and maximize sales opportunities.

Reporting to the Director of E-commerce, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of email & SMS promotions and best practices, advanced segmentation, organic social media, product launches, merchandising the site, updating content, and general e-commerce marketing operations.

Job Functions:

E-commerce Strategy: Assist in developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to increase website traffic, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales conversions.

SEO and Content Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, and optimize product descriptions and web content to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.

Email Marketing: Assist in planning and executing effective email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships, increase customer retention, and drive repeat purchases. Includes content creation, list segmentation, A/B testing, and monitoring email deliverability and open rates.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze website performance, user behavior, and customer journey to identify areas for improvement and implement CRO strategies to enhance the overall e-commerce shopping experience.

Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, responding to customer inquiries, engaging with followers, influencer marketing, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize social media strategy.

Campaign Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.) to promote products, services, and brand awareness.

Marketplace Management: Monitor and optimize product listings on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) to increase product visibility and sales.

Brand Management: Support the maintenance and consistency of the company’s brand identity across all marketing materials and communication channels.
