E-Commerce Operations Assistant
As an E-Commerce Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth coordination between our company and international suppliers. Your daily tasks will include communicating with overseas partners, managing order processes, and assisting with special promotions across our online stores. You will also collaborate with teams such as logistics and customer service to ensure efficient operations and the successful execution of promotions.
E-Commerce AMD Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas partners, coordinating orders, promotions, and product updates.
Review daily orders and verify product information for accuracy.
Assist in setting up and managing promotions, discounts, and special deals across multiple platforms (SSG, Lotte Home Shopping, SSF, etc.).
Manage product listings for deals and promotions.
E-Commerce Operations Responsibilities:
Assist the customer service team in coordinating and monitoring international shipping schedules.
Check orders for out-of-stock items and stock synchronization issues.
Communicate with international partners regarding product details, order status, and fulfillment.
Support the international return process, including AWB creation and return documentation..
Qualifications
– Strong communication skills in English and Korean, with the ability to negotiate and effectively communicate with partners from diverse cultures.
– TOPIK level 4 or higher
– Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs
– VISA D-10,F-2, F-5, F-6
– Strong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected issues.
– Ability to work well in a collaborative environment, coordinating with various departments such as logistics and customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
– Proficiency in Italian
– Knowledge of international shipping regulations, duties, and customs procedures to help ensure smooth cross-border transactions.
– Passion for online shopping and the fashion industry
– Photoshop Experience
