As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee inventory management, fulfillment operations, warehouse coordination, and daily operational workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can lead teams effectively, and has strong experience managing inventory accuracy, product flow, and fulfillment logistics within an e-commerce or fashion environment. Previous experience using Shopify is required.
Position Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational functions with a strong focus on inventory control, fulfillment, execution, logistics coordination, and team supervision. This individual will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency across inbound and outbound product movement, maintaining accurate inventory levels, improving fulfillment processes, and supporting the continued growth of the business. This person will have strong leadership presence, ability to anticipate problems and proactively implement solutions, is comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, and is a team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable managing both strategic operational initiatives and hands-on execution. Previous experience managing a Shopify account is required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Inventory Management:
o Meticulously maintain and manage the company’s Shopify account and website, ensuring accurate product listing, inventory tracking, order uploading and processing and overall platform functionality.
o Oversee inventory management across all products and SKUs
o Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
o Monitor inventory levels and support forecasting and replenishment planning
o Create and maintain SKU organization, product tracking, and inventory systems
o Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and operation inefficiencies
o Develop and improve inventory control procedures and best practices
· Fulfillment & Logistics:
o Manage daily order fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate shipments
o Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, shipping schedules, and carrier relationships
o Oversee warehouse organization, product flow, receiving, staging, and shipping
o Partner with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), vendors, and fulfillment partners
o Monitor fulfillment KPIs, shipping accuracy, turnaround times, and operational performance
o Support scaling initiatives as order volume increases
· Operations & Team Leadership:
o Supervise and support warehouse and fulfillment staff
o Train team members on operational procedures, fulfillment standards, and quality control
o Establish workflows and operational processes that improve efficiency and scalability
o Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols
o Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, merchandising, and leadership
o Assist leadership with operational reporting, process improvements, and special projects
Qualifications:
o 5+ years of operations, inventory management, fulfillment, or warehouse leadership experience
o Experience within apparel, e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods is required
o Strong understanding of inventory systems, fulfillment operations, and logistics coordination
o Experience managing high-volume order processing and inventory accuracy
o Proven leadership experience supervising and training operation teams
o Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
o Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
o Proficiency in inventory management systems, warehouse management systems, Shopify and / or e-commerce platforms required
o Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and operation reporting tools
o Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work overtime when needed.
