Role Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to support and streamline our day-to-day eCommerce and business operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys fashion, and is excited to be involved in everything from order fulfillment and product uploads to customer service, inventory management, and general operational support. You’ll play a key role in keeping the brand running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a part time role (with option to convert to full-time). This role is in-person in Downtown Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Process and ship customer orders accurately and on time
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and handle returns or exchanges promptly and professionally
  • Shopify Management: Upload and update products, descriptions, pricing, and images
  • Inventory Management: Assist with the collection and delivery of inventory to support our operational needs
  • Line Sheets & Product Organization: Help create line sheets and maintain product tracking
  • Photoshoot Support: Assist with prep and coordination for product shoots
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Complete various errands and ad hoc tasks to support the team and facilitate smooth operations
  • Collaborative Support: Work closely with the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Errand Assistance: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and the ability to lift boxes and bags up to 30 pounds

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, retail, or fashion operations
  • Ability to lift boxes and bags up to 30 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with Shopify or willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail
  • Based in Los Angeles – this role is in-person

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus):

  • Knowledge of inventory management platforms or tools
  • Canva, Photoshop, or other basic design tool experience
  • Previous experience in a fashion or creative environment
  • Interest in fashion merchandising or backend eCommerce operations
