Job Overview
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take on the challenge of a fast-paced work environment? We are seeking a Shipping & Fulfillment specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and shipping web orders, and ensuring our warehouse is organized. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a small e-commerce operation and handled order fulfillment. You’ll be working with a team that ships hundreds of orders weekly across multiple platforms — speed and attention to detail are key.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Generate shipping labels using ShipStation and ensure using the correct shipping service.
- Maintaining warehouse organization by moving boxes, condensing, and organizing inventory.
- Receiving merchandise and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Organize and maintain clean, functional workspace and storage areas to optimize picking and packing speed.
- Coordinate and schedule daily UPS/USPS carrier pickups.
Experience
- 1+ years of experience in an e-commerce warehouse or fulfillment role (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Strong attention to detail — must ensure orders ship with correct items and packaging.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain warehouse and inventory efficiently.
- Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and being a team player in a small team environment.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs, work on your feet for most of the shift, and maintain fast order throughput.
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
