JOB PURPOSE
The E-merchandiser Third Parties works closely with the E-merchandising Manager in developing and executing the strategy for all brand third-party players, in line with the overall brand digital strategy. The Third Parties E-merchandiser is responsible for the catalog definition of Third Parties, in line with the brand’s business objectives as well as the partner’s goals. The Third Parties E-merchandiser provides visual merchandising guidelines to partners, supporting the brand communication strategy and ensuring a consistent product experience across all channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the definition of partner seasonal and carry-over e-catalogs, in partnership with HQ and regional merchandising teams, ensuring the assortment reflects the WW digital strategy as well as local and partner business needs
Collaborate with partners in creating merchandising strategies specific to the channel that meet both partner and brand needs
Analyze sales trends, preparing sales and stock plans to support business goals. Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders, bringing meaningful merchandising insight and analysis
Liaise with HQ and regional merchandising teams, sharing quantitative and qualitative feedback on the channel(s) in order to ensure partner peculiarities are considered during the buying process
Work with the Store Operations and IT teams to establish product enrichment to be shared with each partner, following brand standards as well as partner needs
Collaborate in the definition of third parties’ commercial calendars, ensuring the brand is correctly represented through the key seasonal moments
Work with UX/UI team to select assets for each partner, in line with the communication strategy, partner assortments, and brand digital strategy
Monitor product strategy and deliveries, updating partner assortments, visual guidelines, and assets
Monitor competitor brands and digital channels, identifying improvements and/or new business opportunities
Participate to new channels openings and in the implementation phase elaborates the requisites for a smooth merchandising management
Liaise with Shooting Team to drive and monitor the full shooting process, granting that the partners receive the correct assets on time, according to product delivery
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Minimum 5 years of experience in the eCommerce merchandising space, ideally in luxury or fashion industry
Problem solving attitude and ability to drive process improvement
Excellent analytical skills and experience with visualization tools, such as Qlik or Tableau
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple priorities
Strong team player, adaptable and flexible to changes
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Proactive, independent, responsible, creative and self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Professional English and Italian proficiency
