Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Analyst located in Surabaya. The E-commerce Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, monitoring customer experience and feedback, and collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to enhance overall performance. The analyst will also conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market research
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Experience in customer service and understanding customer needs and feedback
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies
Sales skills to help drive e-commerce growth
Proficiency in market research and trend analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
