This is a 6 months contract (remote position)

Summary:

As anEcommerce Customer Experience Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling the adoption and sustainability of capabilities delivered to the business. You will support the continuity and productivity of business operations by providing frontline business support to quickly resolve issues for our customers. Your goal will be to minimize business disruption through guidance and communication of solutions to the problems business end users experience using our systems, tools, and reports.

Specific Responsibilities:

Review online customer feedback from the website and native app to identify site defects and UX opportunities.

Understand and analyze critical customer journey flows (e.g., enter site > add item to bag > complete an order) to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

Maintain a high-level understanding of how e-commerce sites function, including underlying services such as product inventory, product catalogs, etc.

Qualifications:

Work experience in specific domains such as Digital/eCommerce, Stores, Product to Market, Asset Management, Enterprise, Operational, and Customer Insights.

Ability to present problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner.

Knowledge and understanding of work specific to Analytics.

Ability to communicate difficult concepts in a simple manner.

Skilled in conducting research and analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
