Role Purpose (Summary)

  • To execute the online distribution strategy for Le Creuset in order to maximize Brand sales and Image.
  •  To support all aspects of web marketing/E-commerce from the strategy to the day-to-day operations  to achieve and exceed assigned yearly target, both quantitative and qualitative target.
  • To assist in managing the entire process including item set-up, content management, order entry, shipping confirmation, and post-sale support.
  • To collaborate cross-functionally to support Le Creuset e-commerce landscape expansion.

Main Responsibilities

eCom Sales Target Achievement (15% Time on Tasks)

  •  Developing and executing tailored e-commerce strategies to maximize sales, market share, and brand presence on key online platforms.
  •  Prepare reporting materials to analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion 

e-Marketplace Operation & Maintenance (35% Time on Tasks)

  • Process orders & quotations and follow up order status between customers and e-marketplace
  •  Create product content (product names, descriptions and visuals) and ensure prices and information are correct and quickly following any price changes.
  • Tied in with marketplace sales calendar to initiate campaign plan, work closely with PM to execute and monitor on-going campaign.
  • Work closely with internal team, external e-marketplace and agencies for campaign discussion and on-going promotion optimization.
  •  Assist and execute e-marketplace marketing campaigns focusing on building brand awareness and sales achievement.

e-Marketplace Communication & Performance Monitoring (35% Time on Tasks)

  •  Analyzing sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations for performance improvement 
  • Design, execute, and optimize digital content from traffic acquisition planning to conversion improvement.
  • Plan and execute annual social calendar based on sales activities
  • Analyze and report campaign performance in terms of traffic, conversion, user behavior
  • Track and ensure all exposure are well-documented and provide exposure report on weekly/monthly basis.

Customer Contact and Support (15% Time on Tasks)

  • Support inbound e-commerce enquiries by e-mail, telephone, and post
  •  Direct specific enquiries to the relevant team, or handle directly as appropriate
  •  Ensure responses are accurate, timely, and documented
  • Office customer service support

Others

  •  Co-work with other departments for any special tasks.
  • Special Project assignment from ecommerce manager 

Requirements:

  •  3+ years of prior experience in E-commerce operation
  •  Shopee flagship store experience is a plus
  •  Ability to work independently from campaign planning to detail execution
  •  Results-oriented and able to cope with fast-paced working environment
  • Good at communication and coordination.
  •  Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  •  Team player and ability to work with the cross-functional departments.
  • Logical thinking, independent, responsible, and capable of problem solving.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excel-expert knowledge is required including pivot tables, vlookup and other functions
  • Excellent understanding of customer journey flow and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
