Job Description:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Fashion E-Commerce Brand Manager to join our fast-growing team at Boundless Trends Pvt Ltd. The Brand is under construction and we are looking for a team member who has contributed to building a loved brand in India & International. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Latest & Trending Design R&D, Fabric Selection & Sourcing, Production, Style, Size, Supplier Selection from China & Sourcing on Bulk & Dropshipping Model, driving revenue via Website & Marketplace (Sales & Marketing Strategy) and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.

The objective of this role

Identify and evaluate potential Supplier & Sourcing through networking and online research.

Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing Supplier & Brands across the world.

Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Build a deep understanding of Apparels & Accessories (Fast Fashion) Market and Implement the same in business growth.

Responsibilities:-

1.Design & Style Selection to launch the products as per the market demand.

2.Find out the supplier for Material, Production on B2B & Dropshipping model.

3.On Board brands, Suppliers and manufacturers to sell their products in India via our Website.

4.Onboard Brands to extend their market in the Indian e-commerce sector (One of the fastest fashion-growing markets) for online sales. Such as Amazon, Shopify store etc.

5.Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.

6.Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

7.Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).

8.Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors.

9.Responsible for designing and implementing online sales strategies and managing the

relationship with online retailers & partners such as Amazon, Flipkart etc to drive online sales.

10.Act as the main point of contact for suppliers/Marketplaces to ensure that business needs and desires are being, met in a timely and efficient manner.

11.Collect, organize, create, and present project briefs to internal teams.

12.Managing e-tailers and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio and Shopify etc.

13.To do stock replenishment, stock fill as per the Base stock, No stock out of Top sellers, and monthly stock check of system / Physical inventory and resolution of variance, slow-moving stock optimization.

14.Offers & scheme planning / Tracking AD Campaigns daily.

15.Cataloguing, Keyword optimization, and Product Visibility.

16.Communicating Issues and Concerns with representatives of our E-Commerce Accounts.

17.Routine Inspection of our account, and maintenance of account health.
