The Ecommerce Buyer will join a dynamic digital team, with their primary responsibility being to help drive the business growth & buying decisions for FAITHFULL.

Additional accountabilities of this role include digital product management, including asset management, data enrichment, product descriptions, tagging, product & collection launches and SEO optimisation in alignment with the digital calendar to increase sales, conversion, and overall site aesthetic.

This candidate will have the ability to think globally while maintaining a commercial awareness and customer focus. They will have the ability to self-manage, show initiative, and effectively meet and exceed deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail and maintaining awareness of industry trends and digital progression.

Our ideal candidate will have a vested interest in sustainability, designer fashion, and a rounded understanding of the Ecommerce and Buying & Merchandising landscape.

REQUIREMENTS

•   A minimum of 3 years buying experience, ideally focused within an E-Commerce environment and with significant exposure to merchandise planning functions

•   Ecommerce/Digital Marketing and/or relevant Digital Technology tertiary qualification and/or related work experience.

•   Demonstrated Shopify Plus experience, you’ll be able to hit the ground running.

•   Demonstrated high level experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting.

•   Exposure to UX/UI with understanding of customer journey, optimisation and conversion rate improvement

Buying tasks;

• Manage all aspects of buying for the Faithfull website and any other DTC events, ensuring that financial targets are met

• Preparing strategic seasonal buys in line with sales & OTB plans that support key brand objectives and the overall E-Commerce strategy

• Collaborate with design & management teams to create a balanced assortment in terms of: brand vision, customer focused, quality, fit, value, strategic SKU count and style gradings

• Identify weekly key opportunities to maximize sales and mitigate risk to meet sales, profit and inventory objectives.

• Work with management on creating and managing the sales plans & Open To Buy

• Managing internal buy and planning templates such as MISSI, buysheet, style grading tools etc

• Preparing and presenting reports for team & management meetings

• Maintain expert knowledge of the industry through online & physical store visits and competitive analysis

• Provide management and design teams with in depth and frequent analysis to align range plans with sales trends

• Support management with overall business inventory management i

• Collaborate with Ecommerce Manager, creative, digital and marketing teams to ensure that merchandising objectives are supported and aligned

• Partner with Ecommerce Manager, digital & marketing teams to drive strategy digital media plans

• Analyze E-Commerce specific KPIs

Ecommerce Tasks;

Manage promotions and product launches, in line with the trade & marketing calendar and digital initiatives.

Product setup through Shopify Plus including imagery, product descriptions and metadata.

Monitor and Quality control the site daily

Own the product feed for the e-commerce department, including onsite merchandising through collections, edits and page and planning producthighlights for social channels, EDMs and website content based on sell-through and inventory levels.
