Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our online store. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, and support digital marketing efforts to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital retail.
Familiarity with e-commerce management platforms.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using computers and office applications .
