About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a motivated Digital Marketing & eCommerce Coordinator to join our passionate and growing team at the Clark Rubber National Support Office.
In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in bringing our digital strategy to life. You’ll support the execution of our CRM and eCommerce plans, while ensuring our website and digital marketing activities are always performing at their best.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Assisting in the implementation of digital campaigns across CRM and eCommerce platforms
Coordinating website content updates, maintenance, and campaign rollouts
Managing and tracking digital marketing campaigns
Briefing creative content and updating online assets to ensure consistency and quality
Supporting the franchise network with LAM (Local Area Marketing) initiatives
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive digital engagement and sales
Reporting on campaign performance and website analytics
About You:
We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease. You’re collaborative, results-driven, and love being part of a team that’s focused on innovation and growth.
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or eCommerce role
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., CoreDNA, Shopify, Magento or similar)
Experience with email marketing platforms/CRM systems
A basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in retail (or working with franchise networks) is a bonus!
