Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Coordinator located in Edison, NJ. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing and optimizing the company’s online store. This includes analyzing sales data, providing customer service support, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience on the website.
Qualifications
Should have knowledge in Magento/ Adobe commerce platform
Pleasant personality and patience
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
Experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of jewelry industry trends, experience with digital marketing, and proficiency in using e-commerce software.
