We are seeking a talented eCommerce Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of our digital projects.

As an eCommerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the trade of the eCommerce channel and collaborating closely with the eCommerce Executive, eCommerce Project Manager and the Head of eCommerce. Your primary focus will be on optimizing various aspects of the eCommerce platform to drive online sales, improve average order value (AOV), and enhance conversion rates. You will manage tasks related to search and merchandising, product management, website maintenance, content creation, promotions, and omnichannel operations.

As a eCommerce Coordinator, your tasks will include:

Search and Merchandising:

Implement search optimisation strategies, including keyword optimization, synonyms, query replacements, and redirects.

Manage product tagging, sorting, and filtering to enhance user

Execute merchandising for landing pages, collections, and product Product and Collection Management:

Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy and

Categorize and enrich product data to improve discoverability and user

Curate and maintain collections to showcase products Website Management:

Oversee page creation, maintenance, and navigation

Manage tags, bundles, and onsite promotions to drive engagement and Content Creation and Management:

Sample management for eCommerce shoots, working closely with production team for handover.

Develop landing page blogs and onsite promotions to support marketing

Curate user-generated content (UGC), reviews, and store finder

Coordinate with the studio for product image management, including naming, shot lists, and reshoot planning.

Promotions and Offers:

Execute onsite promotions, VIP promotions, and site-wide

Manage promotions such as gift with purchase, bundles, and markdowns, including terms and conditions.

Customer Support and Communication:

Handle order queries and provide support for returns and store-related

Communicate effectively with customers regarding promotions, order updates, and general inquiries.

Performance Optimisation:

Analyse website performance metrics to identify areas for

Implement strategies to increase online sales, improve AOV, and enhance conversion rates.

You will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related

Proven experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in a retail business

Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, preferably with experience in Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms.

The ability to interpret data and make actionable

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various
