Role Description
Al Saiee Group is seeking a full-time E-Commerce Coordinator based in Malappuram, Kerala. The role involves managing online marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, coordinating inventory, executing pricing and promotional updates, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring seamless day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the company’s online presence and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, Instamart, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, inventory coordination, pricing, and promotions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP/SAP systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
