Founded in 1960 through a Kuwaiti farmers’ initiative, the company focuses on advancing production and distribution to support national food security and strengthen local industry.KDCow operates extensive production lines over 22,000 square meters, with a daily capacity of 350 tons, and plans to expand to 550 tons. A dedicated research and quality control team works in internationally accredited laboratories to ensure products meet global health standards. The company is also completing a major facility expansion of 70,000 square meters, further increasing its production and supply capabilities.
Role Description the Ecommerce Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sulaibiya. This position is responsible for managing and updating product listings on ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate information, pricing, and availability. The role includes monitoring online sales performance, tracking campaigns, and preparing regular reports and insights to support growth. The Ecommerce Coordinator collaborates with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to improve online user experience, resolve customer issues, and support promotional activities. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners, maintaining compliance with company policies, and supporting continuous enhancement of KDCow’s digital presence.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online product listings, promotions, and sales performance.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights for online business improvement.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, MS Excel, and basic data reporting tools.
- Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or ecommerce operations is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an added benefit.
