We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized E‑Commerce Coordinator to support and optimize U.S. based dropship and marketplace accounts. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working with large amounts of product data, and enjoys juggling multiple priorities. This position plays a critical role in supporting marketplace operations, product setup, order management, and ongoing account maintenance across major retail platforms. The E-Commerce Coordinator role is a hybrid opportunity – 4 days a week onsite and 1 day remote.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across dropship and marketplace accounts, including SKU setup, variations, attributes, and backend data management
- Support ecommerce account setup, ongoing maintenance, and administrative tasks
- Manage large volumes of product data while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates
- Perform daily order and shipment checks to ensure on-time fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Assist with shipment creation, manual uploads, and coordination with warehousing and EDI teams
- Monitor account health dashboards, investigate issues, and support case management
- Support customer experience by resolving inquiries through retailer portals or email as needed
- Prepare basic weekly and monthly sales reports and assist with invoicing and documentation
- Handle ad hoc and detailed administrative tasks as required in a high-volume environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, or digital retail
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Walmart, Wayfair, Kohl’s, Costco, Target, or similar marketplaces
- Comfort working with large data sets and managing multiple accounts with frequent changes
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay highly organized in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to retain and apply information quickly
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
