About the Role
We’re looking for a digitally-minded eCommerce Coordinator to help shape the online expression of CALIBRE.
Working alongside our Head of eCommerce & Digital, you’ll keep our digital channels sharp, seamless, and always evolving. From product uploads and site content to campaign execution and marketplace management, you’ll ensure every touchpoint reflects the energy of the brand.
This role suits someone with an eye for detail, a love of process, and a drive to grow within a fast-moving, design-led business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Upload and maintain accurate product listings on Shopify and marketplaces (THE ICONIC, David Jones).
Manage site merchandising, homepage updates, and campaign assets.
Oversee website functionality and liaise with developers to troubleshoot and implement enhancements.
Execute SEO best practices across product and landing pages, liaising with our SEO agency.
Support and drive strategy with our Paid media agency.
Support the curation and scheduling of social content across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond.
Assist with marketing campaigns and product loans for editorial and PR.
Partner with shopping centre marketing teams for co-branded promotions.
Support and collaborate with Customer Service to deliver timely, professional support across email, chat, and social media.
Assist with order queries, returns processing, and VIP queries where support is needed.
About You
3+ years in an eCommerce Coordinator or digital operations role (fashion retail a bonus)
Strong experience with Shopify, with confidence in managing flows, collections, promotions, and integrations.
Familiarity with Apparel 21, marketplace platforms, and digital merchandising strategy is highly regarded.
Strong understanding of data, and data mapping between systems.
Strong understanding of website UX, analytics (Google Analytics), and SEO fundamentals.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on the customer journey.
Collaborative, communicative, and able to juggle multiple projects with ease.
