About the business and the role:
We’re looking for a dynamic ecommerce coordinator to join our ecommerce and digital growing team, Head Office based in Melbourne, VIC.
The successful candidate will join our small team and will create, manage and drive our online store presence, from the webstore, wholesale partners through to our social media and graphic output.

Responsibilities
Job tasks and responsibilities:
In a highly autonomous role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the websites and other digital communication platforms.
You will be responsible for managing the e-commerce product upload photos description tag product in the correct sections each season to ensure new styles go live on time. Work with External parties on projects and development.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in retail E-commerce and hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing or another relevant field.
The key skills and experience we are looking for are: Familiar with the below platforms, this will assist in your application for the e-commerce role;
upskill on segmentation for Klaviyo Academy: https://academy.klaviyo.com/
upskill on uploading products, with tagging, and product architecture on shopify: https://www.shopify.com/learn. For more advanced learning or for courses on specific areas or usages of SHopify, Udemy and Skillshare have a lot of courses too

Responsibilities
We are managing online content on our website.
Updating e-commerce store; architecture, product maintenance, pricing, user journey.
Generating online marketing material using Adobe Creative Suite.
Generating EDM marketing through Klayvio to our HB and CH database.
Liaising with our external contractors [photographers, videographers] to ensure content is available.
Liaising with our external Wholesale and Retail partners.
Monitoring and routing incoming messages/emails.
Understanding Brand and Retail Partner Style and Brand Guidelines.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient with Canva Adobe Creative Suite [InDesign, Photoshop etc.]
Proficient in Shopify and Klayvio [2 years experience]
Previous experience working in e-commerce is essential
