Oscar de la Renta seeks an Ecommerce Coordinator, Customer Success.

Personal Shopper

Establish a white glove experience for our customers, proactively engaging with our customer base

Help develop programs for our digital VIPs, utilizing our new Shopify site to implement

Actively working to mitigate returns by educating our customers on sizing, product info and opportunities for personalized experiences

Have a clientelling mindset, creating meaningful relationships with loyal client base

Working with the stores team to ensure a seamless in-store to online experience for our customers

Establishing new client “best in class” practices, how do we convert this customer into a repeat purchaser

Customer Service, Order Management & Operations

Manage and respond to customer emails, customer chats and phone calls/texts promptly, calmly, professionally and thoroughly.

Management of order processing, order issues, and returns for all digital channels. Initiate returns follow up when necessary.

Manage marketplace order allocation and follow-up, including but not limited to Amazon, Farfetch, META etc. Assure timely order fulfillment with stores.

Manage international inquiries/issues with Global-E.

Manage Returns logging and tracking.

Liaise with stores and warehouse on inventory and order issues. Proactively identify, track, and resolve issues to develop process improvements.

Assist with reporting, as it relates to order & returns KPIs- proactively troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities for new reports

Qualifications:

1-4 years of customer service experience preferred, preferably for a retail brand

Bachelor’s degree

Organized and attentive to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Proactive, self-starter, detail oriented

Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines

Experience with selling & returns platforms (preferred)

Experience working for a luxury retail client (preferred)
