The E-commerce Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of online platforms by managing product listings, campaign execution, and performance reporting. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate content, timely launches, and smooth execution of marketing and operational initiatives.
The job includes:
- Ensure timely uploads and updates of product information, promotions, and campaign assets across platforms.
- Assist in catalog audits, product updates, and data accuracy checks.
- Coordinate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and on-time task completion.
- Handle routine platform updates and liaise with platform contacts as needed.
- Support campaign execution by coordinating assets, managing timelines, executing launches, and verifying promotional accuracy.
- Prepare post-campaign performance reports and assist in analyzing campaign results.
- Assist in offline-to-online initiatives by coordinating materials, monitoring execution, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Provide operational support for marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, asset coordination, launch support, and reporting.
- Assist with implementation of promotions, banner refreshes, and other on-site updates.
The job seeks:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, or any related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, or content management systems is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, promotions, and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
