About the Role:
We are looking for an eCommerce & CRM Manager who will be reporting to the Managing Director and to Senior Omnichannel Leader. Also, will be responsible for building and growth of Estia’s digital channel and customer ecosystem. The role combines eCommerce, CRM and loyalty ownership, with a strong hands-on approach and direct impact on both brand and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
eCommerce Build & Experience
- Lead the design and development of the eCommerce platform
- Own end-to-end project management across teams and partners
- Work hands-on on CMS, structure, content and merchandising
- Define customer journeys, navigation and content architecture
- Translate the brand into a premium, editorial digital experience
Digital Growth & Commercial Performance
- Own core KPIs, including revenue, conversion rate and AOV
- Co-manage pricing, offers and promotional mechanics
- Optimize product presentation and digital merchandising
- Support traffic growth across paid, organic and partnerships
- Balance brand experience with commercial performance
CRM, Lifecycle & Personalization
- Build and own CRM strategy across channels (email, SMS, Viber, push)
- Design lifecycle journeys (welcome, activation, repeat, reactivation)
- Drive retention, frequency and repeat purchase
- Develop segmentation and personalization across all touchpoints
Estia Rewards Club & Loyalty
- Design and launch Estia Rewards Club as a core growth pillar
- Build an omnichannel loyalty program across stores, eCommerce and partners
- Define tiering, benefits and mechanics (points, cashback, exclusives, experiences)
- Leverage loyalty to increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Omnichannel Execution & Analytics
- Ensure consistency across eCommerce, retail stores and partner channels
- Oversee brand presence and content quality across all touchpoints
- Monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable insights
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, CRM or digital roles in Product Retail / Home ware fashion
and/or lifestyle Brands
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or any relevant field
- Hands-on experience in CMS, content, merchandising and project management
- Strong understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing and customer segmentation
- Familiarity with AI tools, personalization and automation
- Strong UX and customer journey mindset
- Experience in premium, fashion, homeware, sportswear or cosmetics brands is a plus
- Combines execution ability with strong brand sensitivity
