New fashion ecommerce brand launching in the US market. We’re looking for a highly hands-on Ecommerce Operations Manager to help build and scale operations from day one.
This is not a corporate role, you’ll be directly involved in building systems, optimizing workflows, and using AI to move fast.
What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day Shopify operations (product uploads, store updates, apps, and basic CRO improvements)
- Coordinate fulfillment and logistics with partners
- Own customer support in the early stage and later scale it with tools and agents
- Source products and packaging, negotiating with suppliers
- Build and optimize workflows using AI tools (automation, reporting, support, content)
- Track and act on key metrics (conversion rate, AOV, retention)
- Work closely with marketing and finance on performance and reporting
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in Ecommerce (strong Shopify experience)
- Very comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools like Zapier/Make, etc.)
- Strong ownership mindset - you like figuring things out and moving fast
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
Bonus points
- Experience with Klaviyo / email marketing
- Experience with CRO / A/B testing
- Experience scaling ecommerce brands
