The DFA platform landscape is rapidly transforming we need talented multi-taskers who can drive value from this landscape for the LAM market.

Detailed category reports & Analysis- To influence in-season & end of season, pricing and markdown strategy keeping a healthy margin.

Develop key relationships and drive KPI’s.

Knowledge and passion for Data Science and data driven processes is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, propose, define, or aligned catalogue set up based on local markets stock, defining, pricing strategy, markdowns and focusing on healthy margins.

Define catalogue proposal per commercial event based on stock analysis, buying trend per category, gender, mix, etc.

Provide guidance and demonstrate expertise in selling patterns, future trends Vs Sales and constant feedback to merchandising and brand team in the stock rotation and Sell through.

Review and analyze ST reports and suggest products price strategy and markdowns based on data driven analysis.

Foster an environment of continuous learning and value driven work ethic.

Ensure to have a clear visibility and alignment with markets and regional office related to stocks, products, prices and markdowns in line with the corporate KPI business targets and ambitions.

Determine relevant KPIs and drive results from multiple teams (Chile, Peru, Colombia, etc.)

Drive meetings with Merchandising/Marketing Activation and Digital Campaign and Promotions to plan key sales and commercial events.

Drive meetings alignments with Local Markets, Brand Activations, Campaign and Promotions to secure product catalogue and business mechanics per category.

Continuous enhancement of a Data Driven approach to drive KPI Business Performance is a key goal for our team.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Feel comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of seasonality and product rotation.

Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken), additional languages are beneficial. Communication is key in this role.

Global mind-set and international background.

A high level of analytical thinking, eye for detail and ability to manage expectations in difficult situations.

Experience in working in ecommerce in fashion/retail industry is a big plus.

Experience in working with Senior Leadership Team (Business Relationship Management)

Advance Data Management ability and excel expertise.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

University degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration related.

5- 7 years High leading / managing or supporting In Season or Prices strategy for large fashion companies.

5-7 years’ experience in a consumer-direct channel role, preferably in Data analysis.

Experience in multinational companies.
