Mode Search is exclusively supporting a contemporary lifestyle brand in its search for a Ecommerce Key Account Manager based in Denmark. The role will require relocation.

Our client has a distinctive aesthetic across their collections, incorporating strong urban inspiration. This allows the brand to pride itself on its fashionable yet highly functional design approach.

The successful candidate will report to the Global Sales Director and work alongside a dynamic and committed team. This is a newly created position due to continued international growth.

This role will focus on managing and growing relationships with key online accounts, driving sales, and ensuring strategic alignment. You will play a key role in optimizing product selections, analyzing sales performance, and developing tailored growth plans.

The Role

Build and maintain strong relationships with key online accounts to drive sales and achieve KPIs.

Analyze data and track seasonal sales performance to identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and enhanced product information across platforms.

Boost direct-to-distributor (D2D) sales through strategic follow-ups and initiatives.

Oversee backend system processes efficiently.

Collaborate with category teams to support new product development.

Develop and implement growth strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements

Experience in running key ecommerce/ online accounts

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Key Account Manager role, preferably within the fashion industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.

Experience with Microsoft Office.

Confident working with Business Central and PowerBI.
