Job Profile:
Build, Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–6 operations executives, ensuring daily tasks are executed flawlessly.
Be hands on with tools like Shopify, Shiprocket & Unicommerce.
Set clear KPIs for the team, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative, high-efficiency work environment.
Oversee store inventory levels and accurately calculate inventory order quantities to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure timely procurement and stock replenishment.
Supervise the end-to-end dispatch process to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped accurately.
Manage courier partners and logistics aggregators to optimize shipping costs and delivery timelines.
Act as the final point of contact for escalation management, resolving complex shipping, NDR (Non-Delivery Report), or customer fulfillment issues swiftly.
Optimize automated customer communication channels, including chatbots (WhatsApp/Web), to improve order tracking and post-purchase customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of core operations management experience exclusively within the D2C or E-commerce sector.
Should be experienced with Ecommerce operations, shipping & dispatch, procurement, packaging material vendors etc.
Should be hands-on with tools like Shopify, Shiprocket & Unicommerce.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for calculating inventory forecasts and order quantities.
Exceptional escalation management skills with a calm, solution-oriented mindset under pressure.
Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows to further automate operations is a major plus.
