LHH is currently searching for an eCommerce Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in ecommerce management, with a strong background in retail and proficiency in Shopify. This is an onsite role at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize our ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ecommerce trends and best practices.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment and effective execution of ecommerce initiatives.
Manage inventory, product listings, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
Provide regular reports on ecommerce performance and KPIs to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a retail environment.
Proficiency in Shopify and other ecommerce platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques.
Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX.
