We’re hiring an Ecommerce (Marketplace Manager) to lead and scale our presence across:

👉 Myntra
👉 Nykaa Fashion
👉 Flipkart
👉 Our own website – Mashup.in
Only candidates with Fashion Ecommerce + Marketplace experience will be considered.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Operations & Growth
- End-to-end management of all marketplaces
- Drive sales growth, visibility & platform performance
- Plan and execute platform-wise growth strategies
Catalogue & Content Management
- Upload, optimize & maintain high-quality product listings
- Ensure correct attributes, images, SEO keywords & descriptions
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely catalogue updates
Inventory & Supply Planning
- Manage inventory across multiple platforms
- Ensure stock availability for fast-moving SKUs
- Coordinate with warehouse/production to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
Website (D2C) Management
- Manage and optimize Mashup.in
- Improve conversions, merchandising & customer journey
- Execute website campaigns, banners & product launches
Performance Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and execute platform ads, deals & sale events
- Work closely with marketplace teams for visibility opportunities
- Monitor ROI and optimize spends
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with Marketplace Account Managers
- Negotiate for better placements, campaigns & visibility
- Stay updated with platform trends & algorithm changes
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales & performance metrics
- Identify trends, gaps & growth opportunities
- Take data-backed decisions to improve revenue
Order & Customer Experience Management
- Monitor orders, returns & cancellations
- Work on reducing returns and improving ratings
- Ensure smooth backend operations

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years experience in ecommerce / marketplace management-Fashion/Kidswear
- Bachelor/Post Graduate Degree.
- Strong understanding of platforms, ads, algorithms & scaling
- Proven track record of growing online sales
- Ownership mindset — thinks and acts like a business leader
