Role Description
We’re Hiring: E-COMMERCE MANAGER
On-site Makati office and/or Remote set up
Consumer Goods / Direct-to-Consumer
Are you a results-driven E-Commerce professional with a passion for scaling brands in the digital space? We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager based in the Makati, Metro Manila (Philippines) to join our growing team and help lead the charge expanding our consumer business online.
Scope of Works
Manage and optimize our online stores (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, own website, etc…)
Develop and execute growth strategies to drive traffic, conversion and sales
Lead end-to-end digital merchandising, pricing, and promotions
Analyze performance metrics and customer behavior to identify opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, design, and fulfillment teams to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of e-commerce experience, ideally in consumer goods or direct-to-consumer (DTC)
• Strong knowledge of Philippine e-commerce platforms and buyer behavior
• Hands-on experience with digital tools (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
