Role Overview
As the eCommerce Manager, you will own the day-to-day operations and strategic development of online store. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience, leading cross-functional testing, managing third-party tools, and ensuring our digital storefront is optimized for performance and conversion. This role requires strong project management skills and a deep understanding of eCommerce best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Optimization
Oversee the end-to-end management of our Shopify site, ensuring functionality, performance, and usability.
Manage product uploads, merchandising, and site content updates.
Ensure the site reflects brand standards and current marketing campaigns.
Customer Experience
Champion a best-in-class customer journey across all touchpoints.
Identify friction points and implement improvements in UX/UI and navigation.
Collaborate with Retention Marketing Lead to ensure a cohesive post-purchase experience.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Lead eCommerce-related projects from ideation through execution.
Coordinate across departments (marketing, creative, product) to meet project timelines.
Manage external vendors and partners as needed (e.g., developers, integration partners).
Testing & Analysis
Plan and execute A/B tests to drive conversion and engagement.
Analyze site performance metrics and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and heatmaps.
Share insights and recommend data-driven optimizations.
Third-Party Integrations
Manage current tech stack and identify opportunities for new tools that support business goals.
Oversee implementation and maintenance of integrations (e.g., reviews, subscriptions, loyalty programs, personalization engines).
Collaboration with Marketing
Work closely with the Performance and Retention Marketing teams to align campaigns and promotions with site initiatives.
Support campaign execution with landing pages, on-site banners, and promotional mechanics.
Qualifications
3–5 years of eCommerce experience, ideally in a DTC brand environment.
Proven experience with Shopify (including themes, apps, and analytics).
Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with CRO tools and testing platforms (e.g., Google Optimize, Klaviyo, Hotjar).
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Detail-oriented with a passion for creating seamless online shopping experiences.
Salary $100,000-$150,000
